What You Should See
Considering the ravaging all of last weekend’s new releases received, with only The Last Witch Hunter cracking the top five, I don’t see any of this week’s new releases making much of an impact either. Both Burnt and Our Brand Is Crisis are getting pretty poor reviews, so even if you think they might be worth seeing eventually, neither of them seem like movies you have to see right now (if ever). Is this just another weekend to go see The Martian or Goosebumps?
Actually, for movies, this weekend might be the most interesting at the Garneau, with Ghostbusters and House on Haunted Hill both showing on Halloween Saturday and Tangerine showing Sunday through Tuesday.
